The vehicle experienced several brakes failures which were unable to be corrected and caused pulling and pulsation, prior to recall notification 00V-136 the consumer terminated the lease and leased a 1999 Grand Cherokee which is experiencing the same problem at 16K miles, the consumer is requesting reimbursement. While driving on different occasions, consumer's brakes failed, dealer could not locate problem any of the times the vehicle was brought it, the consumer because of safety traded the vechicle in, now there is a recall 00V136 regarding the brakes and the consumer is requesting that he is reimbursed for the loss that was taken when the vehicle was traded in.

Front end vibrates and jerks when brakes are applied. (speed is not a factor) front rotors and all brakes were replaced. When problem continued, rotors were replaced for a second time. Problem still continues. Local dealer is unable to offer a suggestion.
Recall notification (00V-136) was sent to consumer, vehicle was experiencing rotor failure and consumer was not able to schedule appointment in a timely manor and had to repair rotors at another location, reimbursement is being denied due to repair issues.
