"takata recall" I received notification of a recall on the frontal passenger side airbag. I contacted the dealership several times and was informed the part was not available. The first week of November 2017, I visited the dealership (long lewis Ford) in birmingham Alabama, and was told this is strictly an issue with takata bankruptcy and Ford Motor Company has nothing to do with it. Everything I have read states to contact my dealership and the airbag is to be replaced for free. I did as instructed and the dealership is not complying putting me and my family at possible risk for serious injury or death.
