Regards Chrysler recall P25 / NHTSA 14V-234. Recall was initiated around June 2014. Repair parts were not then available, so a notice was issued to simply disconnect the affected switch, disabling the rear quarter vent switch. We did that. Now, we have received a second important safety recall notice from Chrysler to take the vehicle to the dealer for switch replacement. But, the dealer now says the part may be available in April 2015, nearly a year after the initial recall notice. This does not, I believe, "...remedy the defect within a reasonable time..." ps - was unable to make this form work on internet Explorer 11 / windows 7. it performed satisfactorily on mac safari 7.1.2.
