Takata recall recall was issued Feb 2016 as to this date VW has not made any repairs nor do they even know when and if repairs are to be made! VW dealer has no idea of when anything will be done and says they are not going to fix airbags!

Takata recall. This recall is dragging on forever. I can't sell my car, nobody wants it with this recall. My teenage son drives it every day and I'm scared to death that he might have an accident one day and be killed by the airbag meant to keep him safe. They need to fix my car or give me a new one to replace it!
The dealer sold me this car saying there was no remedy for the airbag problem. I signed a waiver but feel that I wasn't fully informed of the danger, and would like to dealer to take the car back or give me full value for an exchange.
