The contact owns a 2019 Ram 2500 vehicle rolled away crashed into a 2nd vehicle faulty transmission and brake system the contact stated that after stopping on a very slight incline and switching the transmission to the park position with the engine still running the occupants exited the vehicle and the vehicle suddenly rolled forward crashing into a second vehicle. During the incident the owner re-enter the vehicle and pressed the brake pedal but the vehicle did not stop. No injuries were reported. No police report was taken. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were not yet notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 1,900.
