Takata recall on March 16 2017 I got a recall letter for the passenger airbag. I have made many calls to GM with no results. I cannot have a passenger in the front seat because if the airbag goes off they could be hurt or killed. GM said they don't have a remedy yet. How long do I have to wait ? I 'm thinking about selling the car so I can drive with my wife in the car.

I received a letter from Pontiac, dated March 2017, about a defect in my vehicle airbags. A remedy is still not available. I drive my car every day to work, but I have not taken anyone as a passenger because I am afraid of them getting injured, not to mention myself. What is the problem that they can't fix this" is this legal for them to not have a remedy yet"
