I want to get this airbag replaced, but the Ford dealership is saying they can't get the airbag replacement part.

It will be a year in January of 2018, since I've tried to get this airbag repaired. Knoxville, Tennessee, ted russell Ford Motor Companies are stating that they still don't have the passenger airbags in to fix the takata airbag recall on my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. I am fearful of it deflating on me, my passenger airbag light, comes off and on, every so often, while driving on the highway, city street, turning, while the car is in motion anytime. Please help me get this fixed asap!!
I was notified that the passenger takota airbag was defective but have not rec'd an O.K. to get it changed. I did receive a notificiation from the Lincoln motor co satisfaction program 17B23 that they would change my driver's side airbag..just because"?" I have turned my passenger airbag off...just in case. Not sure which is worse not having an airbag at all or one that may spray shrapnel when you crash.

I received a recall letter in July 2016, called the dealer, airbags unavailable. Called the dealer again December 2016, same result. Received a postcard November, 2017. Contacted the dealer again, " I was told to wait until I received another letter from Ford Motor Company in a brown envelope!!! I need action, now! this is my only form of transportation,
I received a recall for air bag repair in June 2016 I carried the notice to the Ford dealership many times since then and everytime I'm informed that they haven't received any parts for the fix. I have now received a notice giving me a deadline of 12/27/2017 to get this done or takata will not be held responsible. So I carried the letter and the car to the dealership and they told me the same as before they can't fix the car until they recieve the parts
