There is a problem with my electrical system. I have brought it in to jeep several times, and they have brushed it off. In July 2024 I was driving and the car shut off in the middle of traffic. I was able to come to a stop in a turning lane, but it was a dangerous, scary situation. When I took it to the dealership, they said they could not replicate it and sent me on my way. In March 2024 I was stranded at night at a dog park when my car wouldn't start. There was a message stating that the electrical system needed to be serviced. I had it towed to the dealership and they said it was just the engine battery and an issue with a sensor that was put in upside down. In October 2024 I received a notice not to charge my battery or park it in or near buildings. There was no fix. Then, they had software update that was supposed to fix internal problems with the batteries. I asked for a new battery without the issues, and they said no. The scariest, and biggest problem I'm having, though, is that intermittently I lose power when trying to accelerate into traffic. This has led to many scary incidents of other drivers nearly hitting me and being very upset. The most recent incident was on Wednesday, February 12. I was driving on highway 12 in the morning on my way to work and a car pulled in front of me. To avoid a collision, I swerved to the left lane and tried to accelerate to get out of the way of the car behind me and my car would not accelerate. I had to take my foot off the gas, then push again to get it to go. It was terrifying and dangerous. The car behind me nearly hit me, and they honked and were very upset. This situation happens probably once or twice a month. I had my car in the shop to address these issues and I had a rental car and Jeep said they would work with the dealer to repair. They never did. Never called me back, and now they are refusing my rental reimbursement. I don't have anymore money to pay for another so I'm stuck

2023 vehicle no problems until 95B safety recall was performed. Warning light low air next day. Two wks after recall serv. and less than 4-6 months after reg. Maint. & oil change the check engine light came on upon start. Checked and the black coolant reservoir the caps dip stick was void of fluid I was told. Called dealer to advise. Visited dealership the head mechanic dx that the gas cap seal is bad.the check engine light off and not the low to empty coolant. Complaint is the warning light panel. The electrical wires exposed hanging broken small panel on the passengers side of the rearview mirror. Noticed after pickup from dealership. This was addressed with service depart. These panel, coolant, panel broke handing wires, gas cap seal are all issues after recall services. I believe it is unlikely just electrical issues that occurred when it was recently in for the battery recall requiring overnight parking. It was left overnight as they needed to know if it would catch fire. I was not informed if it was necessary as I-??ve read to test drive it on electric before it was returned to me. The advisor was in days off happened to be in and was pleasant but I felt rushed. I was given the paper to sign and just told all is well, period. Broken panel part with electrical wires hanging out of rearview mirror. Gas cap seal that is now faulty setting of warning check engine light but not the LOW coolant? No explanation for damaged panel part and reason for messing with the wires. Concerns are engine, electrical and panel failure. Engine should not have issue with coolant. It never should-??ve gotten to that point. The fact that there was low to no coolant as the dip stick didn-??t register any. It-??s a solid black reservoir not able to visibly check for coolant.I find it-??s a safety issue, a mechanical issue. The head mechanic is saying that we would-??ve never known about coolant needed had it not been for the only 2 yr old gas cap that leaves engine warning light on.

Jeep and Dealers are failing to complete safety Recall NHTSA Recall Number24V-720. My vehicle was dropped off at the dealership ( Repair orders attached ) on Dec 11 for the recall. Jeep has launched the recall process which is a software update and a specific drive cycle. I have reasons to believe that the dealership did not properly followed the steps after the software updates. I have GPS logs to show. I had contacted Jeep support about that and I did not receive any positive help on this. Vehicle was sent out again on Jan 6th, but still I have no confidence that the steps were followed properly. Internet is flooded with how Jeep has poorly managed the recall process by over complicating the drive cycle and how dealers are negligent about the process. This is a safety recall and could cause fire/explosion and take lives. I strongly advise NHTSA to intervene and make JEEP/Dealers liable to ensure the process is followed.

2 incidents of loss of power with the electric motor at high speed. The hybrid electric motor unexpectedly lost power at 75 mph on the highway, alongside other vehicles moving at the same speed. This sudden loss of power caused the vehicle to drop to 55 mph, and not go above that speed, risking a potential collision from behind. Driving at 55 mph on Texas highways with a speed limit of 75 mph is very dangerous. The second time was exactly like the first but at 60mph. It has not been able to be reproduced. it has been inspected several time by the dealership. There was no warning of any kind.

Manufacturer Recall Number95B NHTSA Recall Number24V-720 Recall StatusRecall Incomplete Summary In rare circumstances, a battery pack may contain cells with separator damage. Separator damage, combined with other complex interactions within the cells, may lead to a vehicle fire. Safety Risk A vehicle fire can result in increased risk of occupant injury and/or injury to persons outside the vehicle, as well as property damage. Remedy FCA US will conduct a voluntary safety recall on all affected vehicles. Remedy is a software flash followed by a HV battery replacement if needed. ******* The above is the recall the was released in, i believe, October. I have been scared to drive the car since. I cant park it at my house because i only have driveway parking right next to my house. I am scared of this car. The recall fix is now available but all dealers within 40 miles either -??dont have the fix-??, -??dont have any availability-??, or -??put you on a waiting list-??. So after almost 3 months this deadly issue still is not fixed and cant be fixed.

The fact that Jeep has a recall that is not repairable for what appears to be months now is completely unacceptable. I bought this hybrid for a reason. To drive it around town without having to use gas. Now I can't charge my Jeep or park it in my garage" Then calling customer service is a joke. No buy back or gas reimbursement"

The battery recall from Jeep still does not have any tentative timeline and no further communications from Jeep. At this point, Jeep has not offered any compensation towards the gas costs which otherwise could have been much less with electricity. Safety is my primary concern and I have to rent vehicles for the major trips especially during the holiday months.

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the safety recall issued for my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) under Recall Number 95B/NHTSA 24V-720. The recall highlights a critical defect in the High Voltage (HV) battery, which poses a severe risk of fire due to internal cell damage caused by defective components. While I understand that FCA US LLC is working on a remedy, I have not been provided with a clear timeline for repairs, leaving me in a highly unsafe and uncertain situation. The fact that the recall advises against charging the vehicle and even recommends parking it away from structures and other vehicles emphasizes the magnitude of the fire hazard. This creates a significant inconvenience and renders the vehicle virtually unusable for its intended purpose. I no longer feel comfortable driving or even owning this vehicle, as the defect jeopardizes my safety, the safety of others, and my property. The lack of immediate resolution places me in a position where I am unable to confidently rely on this vehicle without fear of a catastrophic event. I urge the NHTSA to intervene and ensure that FCA US LLC provides a timely resolution, including exploring options for replacement or refund, as this defect makes the vehicle a danger to myself and the community. Given the serious nature of this recall, I feel that no consumer should be left waiting without an actionable solution while exposed to such a critical safety risk.

Jeep Wrangler 4xe (2023 Model) I am filing this complaint regarding the recall of my 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe (VIN: [XXX] - under Recall Number 24V720000, issued due to a potential fire risk. This defect represents a severe safety hazard that jeopardizes the safety of my family, property, and others. Steps Taken to Remedy: -??I have contacted my dealership and Stellantis to schedule a repair; however, no remedy has been made available to date. -??It has become clear that Stellantis is unable to provide a timely or effective solution to fix this safety-critical defect.
