Severe front in wobble. Took 3 visits to get it fixed. Bubbling paint, was in the shop 5 weeks for repaint. Loud whining noise in the drive train, still waiting on dealership to address, hopefully I won't get stranded in the mean time.

The entire clutch system failed and the vehicle passenger compartment filled with smoke. It was difficult to breath and burned my eyes I had to pull over immediately. I had the the vehicle towed to the dealer, upon arrival the dealer indicated that there was a safety recall that was limited to -??computer components-?? and involved a software fix. They then proceed to tell me that the the entire clutch system had failed and they could not tell if it was my driving or the recall parts that had impacted. They then proceed to hand me a $2,000+ repair bill, this is a top of the line vehicle less than three 4 years old with no more than 43k miles. I reached out to Jeep/Mopar/FCA/Stallantis whatever they are going by today, and was referred back to the dealer without any resolution.

After switching to four wheel drive my jeep indicates that the axle locker needs service. I only used the lockers on it once back in 2019 during September. I was on gravel road and the light came on. Picture below is not mine but that is the error that occurs. Also seems like my lockers at engaged at all times.

Vehicle under recall since January. Received email in April that part was available. Called dealer who said not available. Went again today to dealer who says part is not available. Do not want to drive a vehicle that could catch fire with our child in it!

The check engine light came on one evening. The next morning during driving the dashboard flashed a "Service Shifter" warning. Then a series of other warnings all light up. The dashboard flashed like it was malfunctioning. The Jeep lost power steering and stuck in the current gear I was in. The vehicle had to be towed to the dealership. They have had it now for four days. And, they have no idea what's wrong with it.

Service Axle Locker System light appears on dashboard. If the axle locker engages accidentally in the wrong conditions, it could cause a crash. The vehicle has been taken to the dealer three times. This is the 3rd visit to the dealer. The first time they said they would change the axle, but then it was on backorder so they flushed the differential and cleaned some metal parts they said was fouling the sensor. I drove it away and they same problem occurred. The second visit they changed a sensor. Now the problem is back and I'm waiting to hear their "solution".

The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 21V028000 (power train) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. Buhler Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram (3290 NJ-35, hazlet, NJ 07730, (732) 264-5000) was contacted and it was confirmed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact stated while driving over a bump or pot hole in the roadway, the steering wheel would shake violently. After slowing down to reduce the speed to approximately 20 mph, the shaking stopped. The approximate failure mileage was 5,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

Jeep slips out of low range into neutral. When off road on steep terrain, transfer case slips into neutral. This is when going up or down dirt trails with axles locked. It is very dangerous when this occurs causing Jeep to lose momentum and slide up or down hills. Generally happens a few minutes after engaging low range.

Stopped at a stop sign, the "D" insignia on the shifter to transmission started flashing, I removed my foot from the brake, the vehicle would not move tried to accelerate, the vehicle would not move. Had to shift the vehicle from drive to neutral and then back to drive, in order for vehicle to engage the transmission then accelerated and the vehicle moved if I would have been in a highway situation, and braked then tried to move this may have caused a rear-end crash. This vehicle is dangerous with the other recalls I have had on this very vehcle!

With only 266 miles on the Wrangler, the automatic 8 speed transmission completely failed while trying to accelerate onto the freeway. It became very jerky and appeard to be down shifting while accelerating. I stopped on the shoulder, turned off the engine. Turned on the engine and attempted to manually shift the transmission. I got up to 3rd gear and then it started down shifting again. I could not drive the vehicle on the freeway and I was lucky to not be blocking a lane which could have resulted in a rear end colission. The check engine light was on. The D on the center counsel was blinking. I pulled over and stopped the engine. I started the engine again and tried to back up a few feet and it acted like it was in neutral and would not move. The R on the counsel was also blinking. I was affraid to continue driving the Wrangler and had it towed to the dealer that sold me the car less than 7 days earlier. It has been at the dealership for 6 days and as far as I know they have contacted the factory for advise on how to repair the transmission. They are waiting for tools so they can begin the repair. This is a 4 door rubicon with the 2.0 liter etroque turbo engine. I purchased the Jeep new on Jan 30th, 2020.the manufacturing date on the door jam indicates this Jeep was manufactured in July 2019, I think on the 26th.

The car have multiple defective parts including steering column control module, console shift module. The car have a hard time shifting in to appropriate gear. Those defective parts cause ABS to fail. Wheels keep getting locked when breaking, leads to increased breaking distance.

The front wheels shimmy at freeway speeds when hitting a slight uneven seam or joint in the road bed, the dealer put a dampener on but the issue is still there, just not as pronounced. The drive train / transmission / differential has "locked up" violently stopping the Jeep, this has happened twice so far but I have only had it for a few months. Both times I was moving slowly forward in drive just leaving a parking space on the side of the street. I put it in park, then back in drive and it moved normally. It sounds like metal on metal when it happens and is very sudden!

#1, steering control is terrible with this Jeep. Have to correct the steering continuously just to keep it in the proper lane. Other new Jeep owners that I have listened to complain about this problem to their dealerships. They get the same answers as I have receiver from the service managers "it's a Jeep thing and you just have to live with it". this is a safety hazard and the company needs to correct it before someone gets killed. #2. drivetrain. I have owned other Jeep in my time but never one with a transfer case as still to shift as this one. And once again I am not the only Jeep driver complaining about how hard it is to shift from hi tolo four wheel drive and impossible to get into low low. I am not exactly weak and I have to pull on the lever to get it into low with all my might. My dealership tells me it will loosen up the more you use it. My wife drives this vehicle and she finds it impossible to put into low range no matter how hard she tries. I bought this new vehicle to be able to use it now not some time in the future.

While driving to work had problems with engine revving trying to shift there was a loud bang, pulled off the road, started seeing smoke come from the vehicle then was engulfed in flames and burned completely up. There is a complaint with fca case number 58132542 the vehicle was traveling at 40 mph on 295 parkway when the problem started. I did not take any pictures there is a police report if needed. The vehicle had only been in my position sense 26 Jan 2019 with only 1000 miles on it when it had a catastrophic failure that resulted Jeep totally burning up.
