I got a recall notification about the orc module on my Jeep. This is the third time I have taken my Jeep into jackson Dodge in enid, Oklahoma. I have spent time, and fuel to take this into my dealership, and they don't have the part. Each time I was told the parts are not available. I want to file a complaint that it is a waist of my time and money in fuel to drive the 35 miles into my dealership just to be told, that the parts to fix this are still not available. I need to know, are you ever going to make these parts available to my dealership?
