Consumer was expeiriencing vibration in the engine area while driving approximately 5mph to cross a rail road track. Engine made noise and consumer could not see anything wrong. So she drove approimately 2-3 miles and husband found that engine mount broke. Consumer had vehicle towed to Jeep dealership.
On the engine, the engine mounts broke apart and fell out, which caused the engine to be pushed into the fan. The Jeep is 47 months old when this happened. I believe either there was a defect or it was assembled wrong because there is no way this should happen to a vehicle of 47 months. Someone working in the garage where I had this fixed told me he heard of this happening to other Jeep.
