Honda notified me on my takata air bag recall in the spring of 2016. The letter assured me the recall would be completed by the end of summer. I have not had another update from Honda as of this date.

I have called 2 different local Honda dealerships in the hartford area and both have not called me back in regards to getting a rental vehicle or receiving the airbags for the recall. I do not feel safe driving my vehicle with my 3 year old son in the car knowing there is a defect.

I was notified by Honda at the start or July regarding my passenger air bag, I contacted howdy Honda service in austin where I had previously had the drivers airbag replaced. They advised that the passenger airbag was on order, I called about every 2 weeks or so since then and as of today they still keep saying that the airbag is on order and they will call me? I am still waiting. How can I get this replaced.
