The car rattles on the rear where the exhaust end when I turn it off. It used to not do that rattling before. The car vibrates when the car is coming to a stop and then continues when idling. It feels like I am sitting at a vibrating chair. The engine works very rough when idling.

From Oct 10 to Oct 14, I parked my car at off airport parking lot for 5days. When I came back, my car didn't start. My car was towed to the closest Honda dealership. I got the inspection report from the dealership stating that the reason why my car didn't start is due to bad gas. I went to the gas station, where I pumped my gas last time before I flew out of atl, to check with them. They provided me a copy of the system status report of 10/9/20 showing that there were no issues. So I went back to the dealership and they told me they have confirmed that #3 cylinder is full of water; they said they could get a fuel sample once I authorized them to work on the fuel tank removal and cleaning. Once they proceeded, they stated they focused on cleaning the spark plugs and performing an oil change which led them to find out there is internal damage to the engine. So they told me they would stop until my insurance company checks the car. They said they took multiple fuel samples and did not see water but there was water filled in the engine cylinders. They have asked me if the car was in a flood, but there was no massive rain or storm which flooded the area. They emphasized that it is not a warrantable repair as it is not a problem caused by the manufacturer, which sounded questioning. The technician told me if there is nothing wrong with the oil and fuel tank, then the only way that water can get into the engine is manually pouring lots of water through air intake, which also sounds ridiculous as I have never touched it nor there was no trace of someone trying to open my hood from inside and putting water. After I explained to them, they said they still cannot provide an answer as to why there is water, but it cannot be warrantable repair. If they do not know the clear cause of the issues, how can they strongly confirm it is not due to manufacturer issues?

The contact owns a 2020 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving approximately 50-70 mph in the rain, the vehicle loss motive power and stalled. The vehicle was restarted. The contact noticed there was abnormal odor of fuel in the oil. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact called southeastern Honda (3125 us-1, palm bay, fl 32905 (321) 270-8341) and was informed that the sensor may have gotten wet causing the vehicle to switch to limp mode. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 300.
