Windstar was hit in the rearward portion of the left side of van at an intersection. Female passenger wa sfacing backward in her seat to help her 3-year old daughter at the time of the impact, the air bag deployed, severely braking her leg.
Consumer was driving at 55 mph and a deer ran out in front of the vehicle, causing the consumer to hit the deer. Driver's side/passenger's side air bags did not deploy. Also, there is a crack in the front windshield, and the back rear windows are broken. Consumer took the vehicle to the shop, and the dealer stated that the air bags shouldn't have deployed.
Consumer was driving vehicle on highway at approximately 60-65 mph on normal road conditions all of a sudden both air bags depoyled for unknown reason. Dealer/ manufacturer notified, and dealer wanted to charge consumer for repairs.828322 dup of 828282; posted on 09-07-1999.
While driving about 55 mph the driver's and the passenger's side airbags deployed for no apparent reasson, breaking the front windshield'the control arms and the mounting brackets for the electric windows. The windshield has been replaced by the dealership. The air bags have not been replaced.

Both front airbags deployed spontaneously on a smooth road and no crash. Both occupants were wearing their seat belts but wer bruised, burned and abrased.
Consumer was driving at approximately 30 mph, had to make a sudden stop, rearended vehicle in front, dual airbags became inoperative, resulting in non deployment of airbags.
Airbags deployed during a minor crash, vehicle sustained only scratches. Passenger's arm was broken in four places when the airbag crushed her left arm against the arm rest.

Vehicle suddenly accelerated even with brakes being depressed. Problem had occurred when driving into garage & hit back wall & continued thru shrubbery. Air bag did not deploy. Took to dealer & told could not find problem.
Vehicle was in a head-on collision and the air bag did not deploy, causing wife to break her finger. Also the brakes have extended stopping distance and they make loud noise when applied.
Experienced ABS failure while driving on wet pavement during panic stop, when attempting to slow/stop vehicle continued to roll forward, skidding 40 feet, hit another vehicle, 4 weeks prior experienced ABS light staying on, also no deployment of driver's air bag.
Just prior to accident, noticed ABS and hydraulic lights appeared, during panic stop, at approx. 55-60mph, when attempting to stop, experienced brake lock up, vehicle went into skid, hitting another vehicle, dual airbags deployed.
