I was coming home from work at 35 mph the light turned red I hit the brakes and the car accelerated and I pushed the brakes again, but it would'nt stop.I ran through the intersection and hit another car, causing him to hit someone else.if the speed zone had been higher someone could have got killed.
Wnen I left the dealer and put the brakes on a block away they did not work and the engine accelerated. I took the car right back to the dealer and was told if they could not make the car 100% I could trade. Well that never happened. The first time I used the cruise control it make a horrible noise when I engaged it. When I put my car in park the engine revs up to between 3 and 4. I have to turn it off to make it stop.
While driving on the highway and upon applying the brakes pedal, pedal will go to the floor, and brakes failed. Then consumer drove to the side of road, and brakes started working again.
When braking consumer would hear a grinding and grumbling noise, this happened at 30,000 miles. Consumer felt that brakes were worn out. Took vehicle to dealer, and had top front and back brakes redone.
During bad weather conditions (rain mixed with snow) driver applied brakes & vehicle would not slow down, causing loss of control which resulted in ancollision. Upon impact, both airbags did no deploy which could have caused injury. Also, steering failure.

Vehicle drifts off to the right, and when applying the brakes the vehicle shimmies excessively. Dealer says steering column was malfunctioning. Problem still exists.
While driving at a speed of 25 mph and upon applying the brakes, they failed, causing consumer to rear end the vehicle in front. This accident occurred in dry weather conditions.
While drving vehicle about 50 mph and when consumer stepped on the brake pedal to stop vehicle the brakes did not work properly, and the tires would shake or vibrate. The rotors were replaced twice, but still experienced the same problem. Dealer was contacted.
