After the recall for the cooling system breaker fan was repaired, the vehicle began to overheat. The consumer later found out through their personal mechanic that the new component was not properly anchored and was causing vibration which disconnected the fan and resulted in the overheating. Nlm scc
Consumer states vehicle was taken into dealership on several occasions, and they failed to fix the problem, finally consumer received recall notification (01I011000).

Consumer brought vehicle in for recall 01V390000. However, recall repairs could not be performed due to cicuit breaker part which was not in stock. Consumer arrived for second appointment dealership was closed. Manufacturer notified.
Manufacturer's recall 01S30 concerning cooling fan circuit breaker; vehicle stalled, driver got out of car to attempt to get some assistance. Owner did notice some smell before departing. When she returned vehicle was being put out from a fire.
NHTSA campaign id # 01I011000; Ford recall #01S30. I never received notice of this recall. This recall was issued 11 months after the cooling fan in my car failed and caught fire.
NHTSA recall # 01V390000/manufacturer's recall 01S30. Consumer got recall and had recall repairs done. Dealer charged consumer $147.48 half of repair cost because bolts under engine cover were loose. Part was shipped from Ford with faulty bolts. Dealer paid other half of the cost which was $147.48. Manufacturer contacted.
Recall# 97V019000/manufacturer's recall 01S30.got recall on engine cooling fan. Took vehicle to dealer and had it repaired. Fan motor did not work properly. Took back to dealer, but dealer refused to look at vehicle. Called manufacturer, manufacturer indicated dealership didn't want any more contact with consumer. Suggested go to another dealer.
01 V 390 000/engine cooling fan bearing: Vehicle is still overheating. Dealer: Hill crest Ford; hhuntsville, tx; phone# 936/295-3780 has installed circuit breaker, but refused to replace fan motor. Feel free to provide any further information.
NHTSA recall 01-V-390-000 / manufacturer's recall 01S30; vehicle is running hot, fan continues to run after the vehicle is turned off, and the battery is drained. Conusmer noticed a recall for problem, but has to confirm if vehicle is included. Dealer was not notified.
Consumer was taking vehicle to dealer for recall 97V019000 repairs on engine coolant fan. Also, while changing defective component mechanic was aware that engine head gasket was defective. Because vehicle was over the 7-year warranty manufacturer was not reliable for component.

Currently, vehicle is starting to overheat while driving, dealer notified and is not willing to assist.
Recall 01S30/01M09 to replace a circuit breaker for cooling fan. There were no parts available. Dealer is astrucci Ford. State route 28, the service manager is gary.
While driving vehicle caught on fire. Had taken vehicle to dealer, and they found out that cause of the fire was cooling fan. Then, vehicle was repaired. Consumer had received a recall notice wich did not include this vehicle due to VIN.
Upon starting vehicle fire broke out in engine. However there was recall 97 V 019/ manufacturer's recalls 000, 14673/ 01 1 011 000/ 14660 01 concerning engine fan bearings.
