I have been notified by Ford Motor Company that a repair is available for my Ford Ranger. However, the dealer says they don't have the airbags. I have checked with them each time I get a notification and they don't have the replacement. I live in a hot humid climate and I want to drive my Ranger

Ford sent me a letter saying the part was finally available for my airbag recall...no Ford dealers in richmond, va have the part. Why was I sent this letter?
5/3/2016 airbag recall. Bought car at ted russell Ford in 8551 kingston pike knoxville tn.37919. Ph# 865-223-6727. They and all Ford dealers state they can not repair because they can not get parts. Called Ford motors at 800-3923673. They state they gave ted russell Ford case # 14609722 to kelly service manager and they can, but ted russell Ford says they can not. I was even told that I would just have to continue to drive with dangerous airbag. Continues calls and visits last one dated below.
