My Wilderness AT (P245/75R16) tires are separating at the tread-just like the 15 inch tires that have already been recalled. My husband and I have a four year old daughter and I would like to be reimbursed for replacement tires that we have purchased. Two of the 5 tires are real bad but all are separating @ the tread. I had to purchase new tires before something tragic happened to myself or one in my family. I had no choice! I have contacted several agencies and administrations regarding my tire problem. Can you help me get reimbursed for my Wilderness AT tires? (I still have the tires even though I bought new ones.) please let me know how to get reimbursed. Thank you so much. While exiting the freeway on offranp, tire "blew out" causing momentary loss off control. (driver side, rear tire). I pulled over and changed tire. The tire had a large bolge in the tread that had ruptured. I took the tire to a Firestone dealer who replaced the tire for free. I have had no other problems, although I am extremely nervous about this tire. As I remember, the outside temp was in the seventies, although I am not sure..( dot number: Tire size: P24575R16 )
