I received a letter a year ago about my airbag possibly inflating on its own, so a recall. Velde Ford said they did not have the parts. Several times I tried to get the work done, no parts available. The letter said the parts where in, but velde Ford in vero beach fl said they did not have them. I traded in my car. I got a letter on the new used car, same recall. Again the parts where never in stock. Finally, while talking with the service department, the guy said, "well, actually we don't like doing recalls, so we don't really don't do them. There is another dealer in melbourne". I guess I have to drive further to get the recall done. I have not called the other dealer yet. 15V-319 recall

Takata:recall received letter that the airbags are dangerous in fact deadly. Have not received notification on replacing the airbags. Was advised when I called that it would be March or April at the latest. Concerned that if I should have an accident I will get injured or worse.
Takata recall, it has been 10 months now and the Ford dealer keeps telling me that there is no parts available to fix my car, so I am driving around in an unsafe vehicle what is the sense of having a recall if you can't fix my vehicle what can I do about this? please help
Takata recall. I've contacted Ford and they have been unhelpful in getting my airbag replaced nor will they provide a rental car. I do not feel safe driving my car regardless of humidity factors. Please help me get my car airbag repaired. Thank you
Takada recall I received a letter of recall in July 2016. My car has been garaged since. There still is no response on when this repair will be made and frankly I'm sick of paying insurancel on an unsafe vehicle. Please tell me what Ford's problem is as I can get no answers from them.
Takata recall received recall notice 15S21 in July 2015 asked to wait for second letter to inform that parts available and to contact dealer to schedule a repair have heard nothing as I am in Florida (one of the high priority areas), I have regularly contacted my dealer for advice on progress with obtaining parts each time, including today, I am dismissed as no parts are available what should I do" my car is potentially unsafe, and, possibly, devalued prior to this recall being corrected I am assured of the highest levels of service and support by Ford Motor Company, however, I am not in receipt of anything like that have other Florida Ford vehicles been repaired and I just one or one of many waiting for action"
Takata recall: Ford notify me a year ago of tis recall. In a recent call to Ford customer service I was told that the parts are still not available. The car is not safe to drive in its present condition.
Takata recall. I was reviewing my car fax report in January & noticed the 15S21 recall. Since then, there has been a popping sound coming from the center instrument area every time I start the vehicle. It stops after a few repetitions. I have visited my local Ford dealership & was told that remedies are not available. I feel unsafe driving this vehicle as it is my primary & I constantly travel on the highway. What options do I have for repairs or to obtain a loaner vehicle until the problem is fixed?
Takata recall letter sent to me from Ford dated July 2015. Have called Ford they said call local dealer, called local dealer twice since July 2015 and am told they don't have the parts to repair. How long are we supposed to wait, do we need to file another lawsuit to get these companies to do the right thing" what on earth is taking so long? can not afford to buy another car is this one safe to own and drive"
I received the recall notice in July 2015 from Ford regarding safety recall notice 15S21/ NHTSA recall 15V-319 and was told I would receive a notice from Ford when the parts were available so I could schedule a service appointment. I have yet to receive a notice that the parts are available.
Takata recall: I received written notice of the takata airbag recall in July of 2015 for the driver's side airbag. According to the written notice, no action was required on my part and I would be notified when parts became available. In March of 2016, I received written notice that my Subaru also had a takata airbag recall for the passenger's side airbag. The written notice said no one should use the front passenger seat until the problem was fixed. Curiously, no such warning was given for my Ford Mustang. I assume it is because the vehicle would have to be parked until it was fixed. It is now April 2016, I E-mailed Ford yesterday as I have not received notice that parts are available to fix my vehicle. Ford responded that the parts are still not available 9 months later!!! however, the passenger side airbag in my Subaru was fixed yesterday. This is unacceptable that parts are still not available 9 months later. I do not have the luxury of sidelining my Ford Mustang until the parts are received as my wife uses the Subaru daily so I'm driving a vehicle that may kill me if I'm involved in an accident. Does this mean anything to anyone or am I wasting my time writing this?
Takata recall. This recall was from May 2015. I live in an area where there is extreme high humidity. This should not take this long to remedy. Ford should be providing alternate transportation until this is remedied.
Takata recall, I know this vehicle was sold to a wholesaler and the wholesaler has it for sale with the recall not being taken care of because the parts are unavailable. I traded vehicle in and then wanted to buy it back from hendrick auto in birmingham, al. They sold the 2010 Ford Mustang to dunn's wholesale in tuscaloosa, al and the vehicle with an open safety recall is being sold on their lot!! I can't buy it because of the recall, but the wholesaler can sell it with a recall on it??
