Takata recall I have been contacting my dealership, rockwall Ford, for over 1 year requesting replacement of my airbags. They always tell me the bags are on back order, they do not know when they will arrive and that I will be contacted when they do. I also contacted park cities Ford in dallas and was told the airbags were on back order. It is clear to me that no dealership I've contacted is interested in replacing the airbags. I wrote a complaint to the rockwall dealership that was not answered, except to contact me trying to sell me a new car. I frequently Transport surgeons as front seat passengers in my car and I cannot imagine the law suit that would result if I were to be involved in an accident that caused the airbag to explode. I am seriously concerned about passengers in my car. I have owned this car since 2009 and it has been a risk to me and my passengers for all those years. I find it inconceivable that the bags cannot be replaced.
