The first thing that jumps out is the ridiculous amount of power steering complaints. It grinds, it squeals, and it eventually just fails.

And if losing power steering isn’t enough for you, how about a sudden loss of engine power? That combination is enough to achieve clunker status.

Takata recall - dealership was unable to replace and gave me a year timeline for parts. Also need 15V340 parts. With 2 recalls I've been unable to drive the car safely. I have tried to sell the vehicle without success for 6 months. Ford has an obligation to fix vehicle or be subject to recover my losses of depreciation during sale.

Takata recall... received my recall notice from Ford on July, 2016. They still do not have parts and have not offered any options. I am afraid my passenger will die, or that I will die if a metal fragment hits me. If I disconnect the seat belt, then my passenger may die as well.

We've made four phone calls (09/12/16, 10/21/16, 11/10/17, 0512/17) and gotten the same answer- still no parts available. I can't believe this! we are appalled! P.S. during the October 21, 2016 phone call I was informed that there is another recall on this auto, besides the airbag.... no more info on that either!!!

Takata recal there is a recall and every dearlership says that they do not have replacement airbage, yet I am supposssed to keep driving this car, even though it may kill my wife or pregnant daughter in laws! mu notice was August 2016. Are they trying to tell me that takata has not made any new, safe airbags since August 20165! or is that my family's lives are not a priority with Ford. If Ford does not have the airbags, then give us a loaner car until they fix my death trap.

Takata recall. The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fusion. While driving 65 mph, the steering wheel seized and excessive force on the steering wheel was required in order to maneuver the vehicle. The service advancetrac and power steering assist warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the steering assembly needed to be replaced. We just again, 3-27-17 at 9:00 pm, checked the Ford website, entered the VIN number and it says remedy is still not available. It has been almost a year since first notified. This has got to be rectified.

I recieved a recall notice #16S26 NHTSA 16V-384 in July 2016. I contacted them in November 2016 to find out why nothing is be done. Ford cust serv stated that they were working on repair and that I would be contacted in near future. I have not and it has been over 6 months. In the mean time my daughter is driving an unsafe vehicle. I would like to lodge a complaint about Ford dragging feet to get this completed. I could not find another method od addressing this issue so here I am.
