Consumer was driving 5-7 mph slid on we payement while ABS was activating, and slighty hit vehicle in front. Dual air bags deployed, causings 2nd to 3rd degree burns on top of hand. Passenger hit windshield and dashboard. Please provide fuerther information.
I am not please with this car, me and my wife have brought two other cars from this dealer and this is the first one that has given a lot of grief and sorror, please help me be a continue customer by addressing this problem immediately, and also for future references. Thank you, sign off---sadden. No safety defect mentioned.
Vehicle was at the dealership for routine check up, and mechanic told consumer that she needed brakes in front and back. At 15000 miles she needed all new brakes front and rear. At 18000 she needed rear brakes, but front brakes were fine.
After 400 miles brakes start to squeak, can hear them a mile away. Brakes have been replaced 3 times, last time was 2 weeks ago and there was squeaking agan. Currently, vehicle at repair shop for a fourth brake repair. Consumer fears that brakes may go out at anytime.
Problems have not been fixed. I am very concerned that my car is unsafe. The brakes are not dependable and squeak. My car is only 7 months old. I bought the car to feel safe with my 10 month old son. I do not feel safe; and I am becoming very disappointed with the car and service.

There was a grinding noise coming from brakes. Dealer replaced front brake pads. Also had increased braking distance. While driving about 10 mph, driver's rear wheel came off with drum still in it.
Ongoing problem with ABS when engage it causes rear wheels to lock up intermittently & momentarily. Vehicle been in dealer shop on two occasions, and problem still reoccurring. Please feel free to provide any further details on this matter.
Passenger's side floor keeps filling up with water when it rains or snows. 2. brakes are making a loud squeaky noise, and causing a longer stopping distance.
Transmission is sticky while shifting into 2nd gear with clutch fully engaged. The brake pedal intermittantly gets very hard giving reduced braking action.
When applying brakes consumer will hear a loud noise that hurts driver's ears. Also, consumer feels brake pedal will become stuck. Ford is aware of defect, but has no solution.

Recall 00V303000/ manufacturer's recall 00S31 vehicle has made squeaking noises since purchased. Consumer thought it was because it was new. Dealer inspected vehicle, and braking system would have to be repaired. Recall only covered rear brakes & not front.
