Power door locks stopped working. Consumer had to use key to get in and out of vehicle, then, after a week of using key, the door locks locked up, and could no longer use keys. Consumer had to climp in and out of vehicle through window.
The black window paneling on the passenger side came loose and inhibits the passenger side door from closing properly, panel was not in stock to be repaired. Nlm

Radio volume goes up when shifting from park to reverse or reverse to drive or drive to park, after turning off ignition and removing key, alarm still goes off as if key is still in ignition, you have to reinsert key and remove again to stop alarm outside door handles stay in open position sometimes after closing door
Consumer rented a car from budget rental. Vehicle locked up, and driver was not able to turn off or start vehicle. When this happened, electrical doors would not open. Consumer had to climb out of window, and car just died. This has happened on 4 different Ford, focuses that consumer had rented. Consumer feels this is very dangerous because it could lock up on the highway.
While vehicle was parked in the driveway there was a fire in the door on the passenger's side. Owner was able to put out the fire. There was a 95% chance that vehicle would be totalled.
