When it-??s below freezing, I am experiencing a loud humming/rumbling noise while driving. It last for a mile or two then stop. I haven't drove the vehicle much in fear or damaging anything. There are 2 other vehicle in my area experiencing?the same issue & they have the same vehicle. I've been to dealer, they werent able to duplicate the issue but informed me a sales advisor there with the same truck is also having this issue but havent found a fix as it continues to happen. There are many compliants and videos online regarding this issue. Ford need to open an inverstigation into this issue and provide a recall/remedy.

Truck is not capable of intermittent temperature settings. It is either HOT or COLD. Setting manually to 63 degrees and it-??s blowing 80 degree air. the final setting, towards the colder option is LO, and that blows ambient air, in this case cold. So. You options are COLD or HOT making maintaining a reasonable temperature in the cabin and clear windows impossible.

Loud vibration while driving, similar to passing over a rumble strip, believed to originate from IWES operating in colder weather. Fear of damage from grinding parts effecting operation of 4WD system.

EIWE (Electronic Integrated Wheel End) failure or malfunction. Ford has multiple Field Service Engineers aware of the issue with no fix found. Multiple vehicles not only at one dealership but across the country have confirmed issues. Ford Customer Relations is aware and has an open case with me and many other owners. As requested for Ford case manager, the vehicle is currently going back for a third time to the dealership for something "they can't currently fix".

My vehicle has under two thousand miles on it and it has randomly made a sound while driving 35 mph or below of rumbling sound underneath the truck. It sounds like I'm driving over rumble strips. I am attaching a link from a FORD forum where others are reporting this problem with the 2023 ford f150 xlt. I called FORD and they said to register the issue on this website. There is also a youtube video concerning the sound. [XXX] [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

Shortly after starting my vehicle and while still in the driveway the audio system blasted static at an unbearable volume. Had I been driving and not parked it was so loud and shocking that it could have caused an accident. I called the dealer but the technician was unable to advise what to do. I had purchased the vehicle just the day prior. There were no warnings or indications prior to the audio blast.

On 5/10/2023, at around 2 PM, when trying to start my truck after turning off in parking for about 2 hours. The truck won't be able to start with the "Stop Safely Now" warning. Tried all sorts of methods, jumping cable, jump pack, etc, it won't start. After calling Ford Road Side Assisstant, the mechenic was able to jump start it. On 5/24/2023, the truck won't start with the "Stop Safely Now" warning. This time, was able to start it after a few minutes of trying to start it remotely with Fordpass app. Took truck to the dealer, and the dealer had no idea how to fix the issue, which can happen randomly.

When coming to a stop, say a stop light or stop sign, after a few seconds at a complete stop, the vehicle lurches violently forward. First time it happened, I thought I was rear ended, but no one was behind me. According tho hundreds of posts on www.f150gen14.com, it seems to be a known issue with the Auxiliary Transmission Oil pump, but dealerships are not acknowledging the issue or claiming it's a non-warranty issue. Regardless of that, the safety concern is the vehicle lurching into traffic, pedestrian, car in front, etc.

At 300 miles, air conditioner lines froze up. Took to dealer; wouldn't fix it. At 700 miles, air conditioner lines froze up again. In 100+ temps outside, this is a safety issue the dealer refuses to fix.

HVAC airflow gradually goes to zero when demanding air conditioning on days > 80F. Air conditioner lines will develop a thick layer of ice prior to experiencing no air flow. The remedy is to turn off the AC and keep fan on MAX. As the system warms airflow gradually returns. Ice buildup is the culprit as after performing the remedy a large amount of condensate is discharged underneath the vehicle.

The center console lid (work surface style console lid), continues to fall closed due to the springs not being strong enough to support the weight of the lid in the open/up position. If you are not paying attention or holding the lid open/up, it will slam close/down without warning. Since the lid is open, you can assume the inside of the console is being accessed, thus the lid slams closed on hands/fingers. It is bad enough for adults, but is extremely dangerous to the small hands of children. I have reported the issue to my local Ford Dealership and to Ford Corporate. Currently there are no recalls or solutions to the issue. A quick search of the internet, shows how big an issue this is on the Ford F-150's
