Takata airbag recall. I have had no accident yet...knock on wood. But I need to upgrade to a larger SUV as our family is growing. But I cannot sell my car due to this open recall. This has been since 2016...too long to go on without a remedy for such a big issue. This has really been a huge inconvenience and safety hazard. When will this issue be resolved? I still haven't received word from Ford on a remedy. Your help is greatly appreciated.

To complete this form I must enter a current date to get to the next question. This is a factory defect that we were advised of in December of 2017

Takata recall it has been 2 1/2 years since I received my first letter from Ford about this recall. I am stuck with an unsafe car. I don't let anyone ride in the front passenger seat. I do not like my grandchildren to be in this car at all. Ford is dragging their heals on this recall!
