Trying for several months to get local dealership to replace front and passenger air bag inflators per recalls 14V-770 and 15V-313. Dealer insists that no parts are available. Called Dodge recall resolution team on two occasions and they were unable to schedule service with this dealership. Recalls are useless if dealerships refuse or delay repairs. Would be interested to know what recourse is available or what next steps should be taken.
