Front collision, hitting a 15 passenger van and driver and passenger air bags did not deploy. Consumer sustained injuries. Consumer states the van pulled out in front of him, consumer attempted to hit the brakes but hit the vehicle at a speed of 45 mph.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision of 25-30 mph, and neither air bag deployed. Dealer and manufacturer were not notified at this time. Police report attached. There was one injury.
Consumer was traveling about 35mph on main streetand another vehicle veered into him. Consumer bounced off the vehicle and ran into a pole. Airbags didn't deploy.
While at 65 mph and running into a tree head-on air bags did not deploy, and vehicle was totaled. Consumer was injured in accident. Contacted manufacturer, and manufacturer stated simply that consumer was not going fast enough for air bags to deploy.

Consumer was traveling about 30mph on highway and was involved in a collision. Upon impact, both air bags failed to deploy. One person was injured in accident, consumer has extended warranty, however could not find anyone to check out airbags.
