My fiance's grandson bumped the back of the driver's seat and the head rest blew open. Luckily I, was seated in the driver's seat but was leaning forward at the time. We were sitting still and getting the grandchildren in position and seatbelted in.

The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign numbers: 3V282000 (electrical system, air bags) and 16V668000 (seat belts, air bags); however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The manufacturer was made aware of the issues. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available. Parts distribution disconnect.
