Well this is my 5th complaint in the last two weeks. My vehicle has been in the dealership for the past two weeks, it has been towed, jumped and brought in several times. This is the 5th time in two weeks that my car has been in the dealer for the same exact issue with no fix. I was called this morning that it was "fixed" and ready for pickup. I arrived tonight, got my keys and the van is dead and won't start in the dealer parking lot. It was brought in this time (well actually never left) since last time dealer called saying it was fixed it was dead in the parking lot...again.. twice dead in their parking lot "ready for pickup" they have not found the problem but like clock work every 4 days it is dead. Here goes round 6, prepare for my next complain in 6 days since the previous 5 still have yet to be responded to.

This is my third complaint of this issue, and its 7th occurrence. First time at dealership they could not find problem, only tested battery and said it was good and sent me back on my way. Second time at dealership, they think they found the problem and put in an entire new wireless ignition module and two new sets of keys, go to pick it up tonight all *fixed* and its dead...again...same as before.. 7th time in two weeks, third time at Chrysler dealership. Car will not start, no power, no nothing, no attempt. Everything is turned off nightly, all interior lights, cabin lights, radio, nothing plugged in locked and checked and dead in the morning. Why must I keep going through this. How many times am I going to be stranded and sit and wait hours to be towed and go through this over and over again"?? this is a safety issue, what if next time I am stranded with my young children? but Chrysler can't find anything/"

This is the 5th time in less than two weeks!!! how many times is this going to happen" it has already been to Chrysler who somehow can't find anything wrong!! on its way getting towed again back to the dealership. 5 times the battery has died for no apparent cause. Of course I am not over paranoid and go through the trouble every single time I am done driving to turn off the interior lights, turn off the radio wait for every single light to turn off and take pictures of all lights off and guess what...dead" but the battery tested fine according to dealership and found nothing on the scans. When they jump it, lasts for less than 24 hours, when they charge it, lasts for 4 days each time. Wont start, no electrical, nothing turns on, fob don't work....awesome! hope Chrysler is enjoying footing this bill for towing, labor and rentals every time cause I certainly am not enjoying missing work, endangering the welfare of my children in the middle of winter, being stranded at hospice and every minute so they can tell me they can't find a problem!!!!!

The vehicle would not start, no lights, no power, unable to unlock/lock with fob. (nothing was left on in vehicle or plugged in). Fully charged battery to 100%, drove next two days with no problems. Bluetooth stopped working and connecting, buttons failed to respond, power seat on driver stopped working, power slide door on passenger stopped working. Battery died again, this time able to get lights, but not start. Chrysler jumped the vehicle, left running to charge. Drove 5 hours straight home and parked, ensured everything was turned off and locked. Next morning, battery dead again, no lights, power but static sound coming out of all speakers in the car. Chrysler towed car. Ran scans /diagnostics, claim to find no problems but cannot identify what caused static to come out or why other electronically equipment failed. Their claim is they used the only authorized battery scanner for Chrysler which triggered no problems with battery or electronics.. still in shop again. 3 dead batteries in one week.
