For recall notice 14V-373 replacement parts are unavailable. I have experienced the problem described in the recall as well as other related issues multiple times. I think the manufacturer has exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. I (the owner) have notified the manufacturer. The manufacturer customer service representative was very helpful and called my local dealership to check on the part. My car is on the list. I am not sure what else to do.

Wireless ignition node replacement. I have been awaiting the replacement of this item. Chrysler has directed on 2 or 3 occasions for moore auto to order the part which is available and to replace this auto to a safe condition. They have done this by not ordering the parts needed and refusing to comply with Chrysler directions. This non action by Chrysler and most importantly moore auto has placed my family and myself in danger. Moore and Chrysler have refused to take my vehicle back in to their possession and replace it with a new vehicle. Both myself and Chrysler have numerously requested that moore take action to fix this problem. The last time Chrysler requested moore to again replace the unsafe parts, moore's answer to Chrysler was that their parts dept. Had 12 kits to repair vehicles but they would not use any of those kits to repair my vehicle. They at that time told Chrysler that they would immediately order one for my car and repair it when they could. That was over 2 weeks ago and still no word from moore auto or Chrysler. Usual turn around time between ordering parts and installation is 3 days, sometimes sooner. I request your help in dealing with this 13+ month problem. Thank you.

After several months waiting for the R03 recall to be done, it was finally fixed. To my dismay, as I was driving off the parking lot of the dealer who fixed it I started hearing a clicking noise in my steering wheel. It was never like that before and now there is a problem with it. Dealer claims it is the clock spring assembly and will cost be roughly $500 but dealer refuses to pay for it. They stated they were no where near the steering wheel which is hard to believe since they were replacing the ignition which I thought were right next to it. And I've actually read several consumer complaints that had a similar problem. Chrysler is looking into this but I won't hold my breathe.

The electrical system on this van is possessed. The horn will go off on it's own. The wipers will start going back and forth. Sometimes the doors won't unlock. The sliding door has closed on my son. The transmission won't go out of first gear. I've taken it to mechanics and they look at me like I'm crazy. I've read about multiple owners having this same problem and how frustrated they are when trying to get it fixed. These problems happen at any time regardless of whether the vehicle is driving or if it is stationary. Chrysler needs to recall these vehicles and issue a full reimbursement. They're not safe!
