Windshield wiper failure - wipers only work intermittently. They work for awhile and then stop for a few mintues and then they start working again. I have some close calls on the highways and interstate.
I told the dealer about windshield wipers. Since I had the truck for a month they would not fix the problem so I just hope windshield wipers come on when I need them. But I found out that I have to wiggle the wires to get them to work. I found that out one day with my kids.
Windshield wipers would not operate during a sudden thunderstorm resulting in reduced visibilty to the point it was necessary to pull off to the side of the rode. Wipers later functioned normally, apprears that dampness may have affected their operation. This situation creates an extremely hazardous condition.

While driving in rain windshield wipers suddenly stopped. Consumer stopped vehicle, and jiggled wires and wipers came back on. Consumer has contacted dealer, and they said it was the circuit board going to windshield wiper motor.

Whenever windshield wipers are in use they would stop on their own. Sometimes come back on by themselves. Would need to stop vehicle and get out and jiggle wires/ windshield wiper motor or blades themselves to get them going again. This would cause driver to have poor road visibility in rain.
Windshield wipers working intermittently. This results in inoperative wipers, and a reduction in driver's visibility, increasing risk of a vehicle crash. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that vehicle was not covered under a recall due to VIN. Feel free to provide any further details on this matter.
