While driving between 35-40mph consumer hit another vehicle head on, driver's airbag did not deploy, causing facial trauma and injuries on arm even with seatbelt on. There was no indictation or warning of airbag being inoperative.
The consumer has experienced a problem with airbag and seat belts. During an accident airbag failed to deploy. In addition seat belt was locked in the compartment that it rested in when seat belt was not in use. The manufacturer has yet to be contacted.

While driving between 50-60 mph, driver crashed into a brick wall head-on, there was no deployment of the driver's side air bag. Damages was totalled at $15,000, mostly to the front end. Vehicle is being repaired.
While driving at 55 mph the defective tire separated from the wheel, causing a frontal impact in which the driver's airbag did not deploy. The rear driver's side defective seatbelt did not protect the css, causing the css to be thrown to the back of the vehicle.
While trying to stop the brakes failed, causing the truck to rear end the vehicle in front of her. The pedal went to the floor of the truck. Owner states that she was driving 35 mph upon impac, T and the driver's side air bag did not deploy. The dealer has been notified.
While driving the vehicle's driver's side airbag deployed. There was no collision.the manufacturer sent out an investigator to inspect the vehicle. Owner has not received anything further from the manufacturer as to what was the cause of the sudden deployment.
Going at 25 - 30 mph the vehicle crashed into another vehicle, leaving his front and left side extensive damaged. Also, air bag didn't deploy. Dealer said it did hit a sensor but the air bag didnt deploy which caused neck and head injuries prior to no warning. There was no electrical problem prior to this accident.
While driving applied the ABS brakes and they failed, causing vehicle to hit another vehicle, at that time the air bag deployed burning driver's arms. *
