— Southeast Toyota Distributors (SET) is recalling more than 1,300 vehicles equipped with the wrong load carrying capacity modification labels.
The label problem was found during a routine audit in March when employees discovered the weight of the floor mats was included in the load carrying capacity modification labels.
Included in the recall are the 2017-2019 Toyota Camry, Corolla, RAV4, Sienna and Yaris iA.
Southeast Toyota Distributors will notify customers and provide them with labels to be installed over the inaccurate labels. Each label will be generated specifically for each customer’s vehicle, based on the net weight of the accessories installed.
The recall is expected to begin August 27, 2019. Customers of Southeast Toyota Distributors may call 888-270-9371. SET's number for this recall is SET19A.
