— Chrysler (FCA US) is recalling more than 670 model year 2018-2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio SUVs because a loss of coolant could cause the vehicles to stall.
The recalled SUVs were built from November 28, 2017, to August 30, 2018, and equipped with engine-to-radiator cooling hoses made with an incorrect inner webbing material.
The hose can leak coolant and cause the engine to overheat and stall without any warning other than an illuminated warning light.
The Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio recall should begin November 3, 2018, when dealers will replace the coolant hoses.
Customers with questions should call 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is U99.
