— Toyota is recalling 310 model year 2016 Tacoma trucks to fix problems with the driver's knee airbag.
Toyota says the knee airbag is attached to the instrument panel with four bolts, and it's possible the wrong bolts were used during assembly at a California plant. The bolts could loosen over time and cause problems with correctly deploying the knee airbag.
Toyota didn't say more about the recall or when it will begin, but the 310 Tacoma owners will be contacted by mail so dealers can replace the wrong bolts with the correct bolts.
Owners of the 2016 Toyota Tacoma who have questions or comments can contact the automaker at 800-331-4331.
