Lamborghini is recalling four models totaling about 700 cars, including the Gallardo Coupe, Spyder, Murcielago Coupe and the Roadster.
At least the recall won't cost you anything.
2007-2009 Gallardo Coupe and Spyder / 2006-2010 Lamborghini Murcielago Coupe and Roadster
Salty conditions are the cause of Lamborghini recalling their 2006-2010 Murcielago Coupe and Roadster, plus the 2007-2009 Gallardo Coupe and Spyder. All the affected cars are equipped with carbon ceramic brake discs.
Lamborghini says salt can cause the stainless steel screws that secure the brake rotors to fail. A driver could easily lose braking ability if the screws fail.
The recall should begin November, 2013. Owners can contact Lamborghini at 866-681-6276.
