— Honda is recalling certain model year 2012 Ridgeline vehicles due to air bag problems. Honda says the affected vehicles were manufactured only on April 18, 2012.
According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, an incorrect passenger air bag status indicator may have been installed on the vehicles which could prevent occupants from knowing if the air bag is switched off.
The recall is expected to begin about September 21, 2012. Your dealer will replace the passenger air bag indicator free of charge.
