The heating system supplies cold air only when driving in electrical mode. The system fails to pre-start the car, displaying an error message on the display and in the app. The solution is to replace the High voltage coolant heater, which is back ordered. We are looking at a couple of months waiting here. So the winter will be over by then. A dealer in NJ told us that this is a wide spread issue with this model.
