Was downtown Milwaukee leaving a Bucks game and at the most critical intersection on Wisconsin Ave and Hwy 94, the car unexpectantly shut down in the middle of an intersection. The car did not go into limp mode like the previous time, and left myself and 2 kids stuck in the middle of an extremely busy intersection as the Milwuakee Bucks fans were all leaving the stadium.

We could not exit the car becasue car were whipping by us, beeping and yelling at us to get out of the way. We were stuck in the car for 15 mins, until the police showed up to block traffic. Worst experience of my life!

The police asked me to put the car in neutral so that we could push the car, but it would not start up and allow the transmission to shift, the car was locked up. The police started getting mad when we were told by Vovlo that a tow truck could not be there for 50 mins... When they finally arrived with a flatbed truck, the car needed to be put on roller skates to get it on the flatbed. We completely blocked traffiic for 1.5 hours on this 25 degree night in February in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Dealer once again a good job taking care of me, but there was no real understanding of the issue. They kept the car for a week and reloaded the software. They kept it for several days and put 163 miles on the car before I got it back.

Both my wife and I have lost all faith in the car, she is not allowed to drive it do to fear that she will be left stranded in the car. We also do not trust to take the car on long trips.
