Bought this car brand new and have had non-stop problems from the beginning. Every service has required the dealership to keep the car longer than expected to repair extra issues. The first was the brakes squeaking. This went on for the first 20,000 miles before they finally fixed it. Then there were software issues which inhibited the use of the radio and climate system.

Now I have to fork out over $1000 because the check engine light came on around 50k and failed an emissions test. The vehicle is no longer under warranty and I'm terrified at what future problems I'll have. If you're hesitating between an XC90 or an Audi Q7, definitely go with the German engineering. The Q7 is a solid car.
