The contact owns a 2011 Volvo XC60. While driving at an unknown speed, the contact lost control of the vehicle and crashed. The front end of the vehicle was severely damaged, but the air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed and there were no injuries. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 50,000.
