The contact owns a 2010 Volvo XC60. Upon starting the vehicle he attempted to operate the air conditioning unit but only warm air would blow from the vents. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where he was told that the refrigerant was leaking from the air conditioning unit. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was 3,142 and the current mileage was 5,000.
