Front windshield completely separated from vehicle driver side top If side window open it flaps open. Very dangerous at freeway speeds. Known issue of faulty primer on window glass for XC60 vehicles.

Vehicle windshield isn't sealed properly. Water pours into car, just under the dash at an alarming rate whenever it rains. When coming to a stop or accelerating, the water that has collected in the body can be heard sloshing back and forth. When the outside temperature drops, the inside windows need to be scraped. This water leak has also caused a mold and mildew smell.

The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer is not aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 102,000.
