While driving 65 mph, sidewall separated from tread on right rear tire. Dealer contacted Michelin, mxv4 tire size 195/60R15, dot fuda chyx369 06-51078-01, original equipment for a Volvo, V70,2000.

While driving, Michelin mxv4 left rear tire experienced sidewall blowout, there was no pothole or debris on road, tire was replaced at prorated cost, tire size P195/60R15, dot fudachyx289.
