snatch in moving from engine start. high sound of engine

Due to the repeated manufacturing failures of my Volvo car S 80 of 2014 and since I have personally experienced Engine, Gear box and Steering wheel failures more than once, and since further manufacturing defects have hit other parts in my car lately including, among others, upper engine base, front couplings, front disc ring, I declare that I do not want to continue owning this faulty car and suffering its numerous failures and repairs.

I agree to a replacement of my currently owned car by any model of the same class or category newer models as I have been informed by the importer of these cars that the current models have definitely overcome the serious failures associated with those previous faulty models.

I also request that due to the many mechanical failures and the severe personal and psychological stress I have had to endure in trying to maintain this faulty car that I am not prepared to pay any difference of price in acquiring this new car. I find it sufficient that I am willing to continue in this current brand and taking a risk in putting my trust in these models once more.
