We want to file a complaint to a tire manufacturer, Michelin. We have bought 4 piece of Michelin tires on 11/24/2006 from its a tire dealer, costco wholesale club tier center, located at 50 overlook blvd, nanuet, NY 10954, tel. (845) 425-0316 and the 4 piece tiers were installed there. The tire model is Michelin Pilot sport A/S 225/50R17 ultra high performance price at $207.99 per tier (current price) after 4 months, on 3/28/07, we accidentally found one tire located at front passenger side had blister (a bubble) in the sidewall, when we checked the tire air pressure. See the picture as follows: We are glad to find this defective tier prior to getting a car accident. Because we realized that the defective condition might result in a rapid loss air pressure, which could lead to a loss control and a vehicle crash. We could like to have either an inspector of the highway traffic safety administration office or a third party inspector to inspect this defective tier to get some information to protect people from potential car crash and lost lives.
