Car started making rattling noise from front dash speaker / behind screen area when stopping (only with the a/c on eco). Took it to Penske Volvo in Puente Hills, CA. After two whole days, their tech states they can't find the issue. I hear that every single day and can't understand how one can't hear that issue.

This is the 3rd time that they either became ignorant and stated they can't replicate the issue or just flat out deny warranty work. Last time, I took my vehicle straight to another dealership, who was able to replicate the issue and have it fixed. STAY AWAY FROM PENSKE VOLVO in PUENTE HILLS, CA. Take your business elsewhere; especially if your going to be taking in for service.
