While on vacation in Jerusalem, I rented this car from Hertz. On a drive from Haifa, I moved my hand across the top of the steering wheel hub, above the airbag to dust off some crumbs, when it felt like something sliced my finger. It was very painful, and started bleeding profusely. My finger was still bleeding three days later, and it still hurts.

When I looked at the wheel, I noticed a piece of metallic bezel trim that was sticking out.

I had not driven a Volvo in more than 20 years, but this was not something I expected from Volvo.
