The contact owns a 2015 Volvo S60. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19V849000 (latches/locks/linkages) however, the parts to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The vehicle was taken to gunther Volvo cars coconut creek located at (4350 fl-7, coconut creek, fl 33073 954-590-3760) where it was confirmed that parts were not available. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
