The dealer, Kelly Volvo, Ft. Wayne IN doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Don't buy a Volvo. Doesn't listen to customer of 19 years! Will never use them again. Volvo Customer Service failed us also. Better cars on the market for your money.

After less than 6 month there was significant pitting to the mag wheels. Checked older Volvo's and they did not have this problem. This is an expensive car and priced individually these mag wheels sell for about $300.00 to $400.00 each. This is unaceptable wear to a vehicle that is supposed to be built for Scandinavian Winters. The only thing the dealer has done is to try and polish them but even the service guy said he couldn't see how that would help. I'm still upset and the problem has not been resolved.
